We have an industry leading team of Email Coordinators, Graphic Designers and Copywriters that are experts at making emails that sell. We need a client-facing Account Manager to bring it all together and express the value in our work, ensure the quality of our work is up to our exacting standards, and that our clients are delighted in what we do.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing and executing email marketing strategies for various clients across different industries and niches
  • Reviewing and optimizing email copy, subject lines, and CTAs that align with the clients’ goals and brand voice
  • Testing and analyzing email performance and metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
  • Reporting on email campaign results and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Communicating with clients regularly and maintaining strong relationships
  • Collaborating with other team members, such as coordinators, designers, copywriters, and developers


The following qualifications are necessary for success in this role

  • 2 or more years of agency experience in email marketing or a related field
  • A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, tools, and platforms
  • A high level of creativity and attention to detail
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in talking with clients and presenting your work
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in email marketing
