Job Description: Win at Ecommerce is seeking an experienced SMS Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SMS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our SMS marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of SMS marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute end-to-end SMS marketing campaigns, including campaign ideation, planning, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
  2. Create engaging and persuasive SMS content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  3. Implement and manage SMS marketing automation workflows, ensuring timely delivery of messages and personalized experiences for customers.
  4. Continuously monitor and optimize SMS campaigns to maximize open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  5. Conduct A/B testing of SMS campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and improve key performance metrics.
  6. Analyze SMS marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  7. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing SMS templates and interactive experiences.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SMS marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as TCPA and GDPR, when executing SMS campaigns.
  10. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align SMS marketing efforts with overall business goals.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in SMS marketing, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SMS marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  4. In-depth understanding of SMS marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  6. Proficiency in SMS marketing automation and segmentation strategies.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  8. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimizing SMS campaigns based on test results.
  9. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in SMS marketing.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
