Email Graphic Designer
Win at Ecommerce, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Email Graphic Designer with over 2 years of experience in Klaviyo and Mailchimp. As an Email Graphic Designer at Win at Ecommerce, you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal team to understand their unique brand identities, target audiences, and campaign objectives. You will be responsible for translating these requirements into captivating email designs that capture attention, drive engagement, and ultimately boost conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing email designs, including templates, graphics, and layouts, using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of design elements, such as fonts, colors, and imagery, in alignment with the client's brand identity.
- Optimize email designs for mobile responsiveness and deliver an exceptional user experience across various devices and email clients.
- Implement best practices for email design, including clear call-to-actions, hierarchy, and layout, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and email marketing best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven design decisions and optimize email campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into email templates.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and deliver high-quality designs within designated timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Email Graphic Designer, specifically using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness and user experience optimization.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into visually compelling email designs.

We need a client-facing Account Manager to bring it all together and express the value of our work, ensure the quality of our work is up to our exacting standards, and that our clients are delighted with what we do.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Developing and executing email marketing strategies for various clients across different industries and niches
- Reviewing and optimizing email copy, subject lines, and CTAs that align with the client's goals and brand voice
- Testing and analyzing email performance and metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
- Reporting on email campaign results and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Communicating with clients regularly and maintaining strong relationships
- Collaborating with other team members, such as coordinators, designers, copywriters, and developers
QUALIFICATIONS

Email Coordinator and Strategy
JOB OVERVIEW
The Email Coordinator is responsible for the on-time, creative delivery of emails on behalf of Win at Ecommerce clients. The Email Coordinator works with freelance Graphic Designers, and freelance Copywriters to produce beautiful, timely emails that deliver sales results for clients. This job requires balancing multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines while communicating with the client via email and attending weekly meetings.
The perfect candidate will have strong attention to detail, understand the importance of communication with clients, be able to meet multiple deadlines, and execute the segmenting and technical execution of emails in Klaviyo.
This position is not client-facing but will require direct communication with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Use project management tools to coordinate the email creation process
- Report to clients every two weeks regarding account progress
- Set goals and strategy to achieve goals in click rate, sales, open rate, etc.
- Create a deck every month for campaign clients going over progress, tasks completed, and course corrections to achieve campaign goals
- Update client goals in the project management tool to report to management
- Attend periodic Email Marketing meetings and 1:1 meetings weekly
- Set up Klaviyo automation flows, segment audiences, and select all necessary data to execute campaign emails, following best practices from Klaviyo and project management software
QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are necessary for success in this role
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years managing accounts at a marketing or digital agency
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and commitments in a professional setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- 1+ years of experience using Klaviyo for the production of email flows and campaigns
- Ability to work independently for up to 8 hours per day
