Role Overview:
As a Klaviyo Implementer/Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in seamlessly transitioning approved email designs into functional campaigns within the Klaviyo platform. Working closely with our design and account management teams, you will ensure that all campaign components are complete, accurate, and optimized for maximum performance.


  • Retrieve approved designs from designated design tools (Figma, PSD, Google Drive, etc.) and translate them into Klaviyo email templates.
  • Verify the completeness and functionality of all campaign components, including links, timers, product blocks, headers, footers, and Klaviyo tags.
  • Ensure that all necessary details, such as coupon codes, promotion details, sale information, and timer specifications, are accurately reflected in the campaign copy and design.
  • Collaborate with account points of contact (POCs) to address any missing or unclear campaign elements.
  • Cross-check campaign briefs and design specifications to confirm the inclusion of essential campaign information.
  • Validate the correctness and completeness of header links, footer details, Klaviyo tags, and social media links within email templates.
  • Verify the interactive and responsive placement of email templates across various mobile and desktop views.
  • Conduct optimized view checks in dark mode using tools such as Email On Acid or equivalent.
  • Perform final quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Email Coordinator and Strategy


The Email Coordinator is responsible for the on-time, creative delivery of emails on behalf of Win at Ecommerce clients. The Email Coordinator works with freelance Graphic Designers, and freelance Copywriters to produce beautiful, timely emails that deliver sales results for clients. This job requires balancing multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines while communicating with the client via email and attending weekly meetings.

The perfect candidate will have strong attention to detail, understand the importance of communication with clients, be able to meet multiple deadlines, and execute the segmenting and technical execution of emails in Klaviyo.

This position is not client-facing but will require direct communication with clients.


  • Use project management tools to coordinate the email creation process
  • Report to clients every two weeks regarding account progress
  • Set goals and strategy to achieve goals in click rate, sales, open rate, etc.
  • Create a deck every month for campaign clients going over progress, tasks completed, and course corrections to achieve campaign goals
  • Update client goals in the project management tool to report to management
  • Attend periodic Email Marketing meetings and 1:1 meetings weekly
  • Set up Klaviyo automation flows, segment audiences, and select all necessary data to execute campaign emails, following best practices from Klaviyo and project management software

  • 2+ years managing accounts at a marketing or digital agency
