The WIN team oversaw and carried out Eric Javits’ entire retention marketing strategy for Q4 2023. We achieved considerable sales, improving upon the same period in 2022. We optimised segmentation and automations to increase autopilot revenue long term, and leveraged SMS to maximise further revenue, especially from VIP customers.
